อธิบายแบบง่าย
Reported speech ใช้เล่าสิ่งที่คนอื่นพูด say มักไม่ตามด้วยคนโดยตรง ส่วน tell ต้องมีผู้ฟัง เช่น She told me… ในระดับนี้เน้นถ่ายทอดข้อความสั้นและชัด
หลักที่ควรรู้
- say + (that) clause
- tell + person + (that) clause
- เลือกสรรพนามให้ตรงผู้พูด
