1) Positive Degree ขั้นปกติ (ไม่เปรียบเทียบ)
ใช้บอกลักษณะตามปกติ ไม่มีการเปรียบเทียบ ใช้รูปเดิมของคำคุณศัพท์

S + V + adj
S + V + as + adj + as + N
- "as ... as" = ...เท่ากับ... (เท่ากันทั้ง 2 ฝ่าย)
- รูปปฏิเสธ: not as ... as = ไม่เท่ากับ

ใช้เปรียบเทียบ 2 สิ่ง/2 คน ว่าฝั่งหนึ่ง "...กว่า" อีกฝั่งหนึ่ง

S + V + more + adj + than + N
- คำสั้น (1 พยางค์ / 2 พยางค์ลงท้าย -y) → เติม -er
- คำยาว (2 พยางค์ขึ้นไป) → ใช้ more นำหน้า
- ต้องมีคำว่า than ตามหลังเสมอ

ใช้เปรียบเทียบ 3 สิ่งขึ้นไป ว่าสิ่งหนึ่ง "...ที่สุด" ในกลุ่ม

- ต้องมี the นำหน้าเสมอ
- ใช้ in กับสถานที่ / กลุ่ม (in the class, in the world)
- ใช้ of กับจำนวน/กลุ่ม (of all, of the three)

📚 หลักการ
- โดยทั่วไป: เติม -er (ขั้นกว่า) / -est (ขั้นสุด)
- คำลงท้าย -e → เติม -r / -st
- คำลงท้าย สระตัวเดียว + พยัญชนะตัวเดียว → ซ้ำพยัญชนะตัวสุดท้ายก่อนเติม

📚 หลักการ
- คำคุณศัพท์ที่ยาว 2 พยางค์ขึ้นไป (ที่ไม่ลงท้าย -y)
- ขั้นกว่า: ใช้ more + adj
- ขั้นสูงสุด: ใช้ the most + adj
- ห้ามเติม -er / -est เด็ดขาด ❌ beautifuller / beautifullest

💡 เคล็ดลับจำง่าย "สั้น-er ยาว-more"
🔹 คำ สั้น (1 พยางค์) → เติม -er / -est เช่น tall → taller → tallest
🔹 คำ ลงท้าย -y → เปลี่ยน y เป็น i แล้วเติม -er / -est เช่น happy → happier → happiest
🔹 คำ ยาว → ใช้ more / the most นำหน้า เช่น beautiful → more beautiful → the most beautiful
